Is equipment close? Everything seems relatively accessable.
Are there idle workers?  Everyone seems to have a job and are doing it.
Construction Activities: Carolina Cast Stone is installing their pre-cast concrete siding. Piedmont Plaster and drywall are hanging drywall on the base level. Masons chipping hokie stone.

Does safety seem to be of importance?   Every worker is wearing a vest, hard hat, eye protection, boots, and long pants. Everyone in a boom lift or on a scaffold are wearing their harness' and are strapped in. The biggest visible safety concern is that there are two ladders that are not tied off.
Hazard Analysis:

Comments/Remarks: It seemed to be a well run job site but it is hard to really tell without getting to step foot onto the site. It is evident safety is of utmost importance especially since there are so many students and faculty so nearby.
