Is equipment close? On this project equiptment has to be close. There isn't room to spread out.
Are there idle workers? There are a couple workers not doing as much as the could out back but it looks like even they are doing something. It is getting near the end of the day though.
Construction Activities: The siding is still being finished on the outside and it looks like a lot of work is going on inside the building with insulation, wiring, and lighting.
Does safety seem to be of importance? Of the ladders I see, one is tied off and one is not, the third is a folding ladder that no one is using and could probably be closed and layed down.
Hazard Analysis:

Activity Hazard Solution
breaking rocks for siding rock chips could fly into peoples wear eye protection not only if you
eyes. are the person doing the siding, but
also anyone who is on the job site
b/c you never know what could happen
Comments/Remarks: It would be awesome to go inside the building, especially now that most of the work seems to be going on inside there. Since I can't actually go inside this will most likely be my last visit to this site.
